About

Hi, I’m Jackie!

I was born and raised in Indiana by Chinese immigrant parents, with my grandparents living under the same roof. Growing up around big family meals had a huge impact on my love for food and the joy of sharing it with others.

After a few years traveling for work and eating out constantly, I realized how much what you eat affects how you feel — both day-to-day and long-term. That realization pushed me to pursue a healthier, more nourishing lifestyle, and eventually led me to culinary school.

Since then, I’ve cooked in a range of professional kitchens before moving into private cheffing and catering my own events. Today, I run a meal delivery service called Jackie’s Supper Club in the San Francisco Bay Area, feeding over 60 families weekly, and am getting ready to open my first Asian-inspired fast-casual restaurant.

Through all of these experiences, I’ve found my passion: sharing easy, healthy recipes and food. I truly believe that nourishing food gives us life, and that cooking for yourself and your loved ones is one of the best forms of self-care.

On this blog, you’ll find simple, flavor-packed recipes, ways to incorporate more vegetables into your diet, kitchen tools and pantry staples I swear by, and a few travel adventures and guides sprinkled in. My goal is to make this space a valuable resource to help you feel more confident, inspired, and excited to spend time in your kitchen.

If there’s anything you’d love to see here, feel free to drop me a note — I’d love to hear from you!
