Ingredients 

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • .5 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of fig jam
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Single serving

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fig jam
  • 1.5 tablespoons evoo
  • Pinch of salt, ⅛ teaspoon
  • Black pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine everything in a glass jar or bowl. Taste, adjust salt as desired, and enjoy.
