Raisin Vinaigrette

This raisin vinaigrette is sweet, tangy, and incredibly versatile. The raisins add a natural sweetness and body, while the vinegar and olive oil keep it bright and balanced. I love to use this vinaigrette with bitter greens (like frisee) or tossed in chunky grain bowls.
Prep: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • .25 cup raisins
  • .5 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar, or champagne vinegar
  • pinch black pepper
  • .5 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Make the vinaigrette by combining all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until emulsified. Taste, add more salt as desired, then serve.
