Helpful Equipment for homemade salads
You don’t need much to make a great salad, but having a few key tools can make prep quicker, tossing easier, and serving feel a little more special. These are the salad tools I reach for every week, and are so worth having on hand:
- Tongs – These zeal tongs have been with me since I first started cooking. They have lasted me 7 years and are still going strong! These are great for both tossing greens gently and serving.
- Full meal Salad 1.5 quart Enamel Bowls – What I find is the perfect size for a big hearty salad. I love that these are lightweight and easy to clean. I end up using this as my weeknight dinner side salad mixing bowl, as well as my serving bowl when having noodles.
- 5 cup Food Processor – This is such a staple when making homemade dressings! It’s easy to use, clean, and functional for dressings, vegetable prep, and more.
